Ring Toss in Tiger country is a co-educational, winter sport open to both girls and boys in the fifth grade. Each team determines its own roster which consists of four athletes. Teams participate in a minimum of six intramural matches. The overall winner of these matches will represent Kingsford Heights at the city-wide double elimination tournament. This event takes place in mid-March. Riley Elementary School will host the tournament this year.

Basketball is open to any fifth grade boy or girl and is split up into the Boys Team and the Girls Team. Both teams play against other LaPorte Community elementary schools.

Track Fifth grade girls and boys may be members of the Tiger Track Team each fall. They train after school and participate in 2 track meets at Kiwanis Field.
